Mining Assets
Tokenisation
For our clients in the natural resources sector, we have engineered a "Proof-of-Production" ecosystem. This powerful blueprint (illustrated above) is designed to unlock the value of capital-intensive assets like mines, royalty streams, and proven reserves, converting their future revenue into compliant, tradable digital securities.

ACH acts as the strategic architect, applying our R-A-P-P-E-R methodology to manage the end-to-end structuring, compliance, and technical deployment of this entire ecosystem.

1
Off-Chain Legal & Physical Layer (The Bedrock)
This is the layer that establishes the legally verifiable backing of the token. Our Review and Analyse phases involve extensive due diligence, including the third-party verification of proven reserves, operational rights, and asset valuation. In the Propose phase, we architect a bankruptcy-remote legal structure—typically a SPV (Fund)—to legally own the asset or its revenue stream. We then Plan and Execute the appointment of an Independent Trustee who holds security over the asset, ensuring token holders' rights are legally protected and enforceable.
2
On-Chain Tokenisation Layer (The Asset)
This is the digital representation of the asset's economic rights. A sample solution architecture features a Tier 2 Security Token (ERC-1155), which represents a direct, fractionalized claim on the asset's productive output (e.g., mining revenue or royalty payments). The on-chain framework also includes a Staking Contract, a core mechanism that allows investors to lock their RWA tokens to enhance ecosystem stability, reduce market volatility, and earn additional rewards.
3
On-Chain Ecosystem Layer (The Value Flywheel)
This layer is designed as a complete, compliant, and liquid economy built around the core asset. Our blueprint integrates all essential on-chain components—including compliant settlement mechanisms, utility functions, and governance tools—to create a self-sustaining value "flywheel" that drives demand and ensures long-term liquidity.
