Real EState Tokenisation

For our clients in the hotel, commercial property, and tourism sectors, we have developed a sophisticated "Guest-as-Investor" blueprint. This model (illustrated above) transforms a static physical property into a dynamic, multi-layered digital asset ecosystem.

ACH acts as the master architect, leveraging our R-A-P-P-E-R methodology to design and manage every component of this complex structure.

1

Off-Chain Legal & Physical Layer
(The Foundation)

This is the legal bedrock of the asset. Our Review and Analyse phases confirm the asset's valuation and legal standing. In the Propose phase, we architect the optimal, bankruptcy-remote corporate structure—typically a Hong Kong-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)—to legally own the property. We then Plan and Execute the engagement of an Independent Trustee to hold the asset securely in trust for token holders.

2

On-Chain Tokenisation Layer (The Asset)

This is the digital representation of ownership. A sample solution architecture can consist of a core Tier 2 Security Token (e.g., ERC-1155) that represents fractional ownership of the hotel. This token is technically structured to entitle holders to a share of the Net Operating Income (NOI). The on-chain architecture also includes a Staking Contract, a mechanism that allows investors to stake their RWA tokens to passively and verifiably earn their dividends.

3

On-Chain Ecosystem Layer (The Value)

This layer is designed to create a self-sustaining economy around the asset. It includes the necessary on-chain components for value creation and exchange, such as compliant settlement mechanisms and utility functions, which drive direct engagement and build long-term ecosystem liquidity.
